Paul has been working in real estate since 2000 starting his career as a regulatory and entitlement consultant for real estate developers. He then moved on to work as Project Manager for a Manhattan Beach based developer where he entitled 400 residential units and managed construction of seven residential communities. Paul now owns Kerza Development focused on remodeling properties for resale. He has been successfully selling homes in the South Bay of Los Angeles since 2009.
