Hello, and thank you for visiting my page!  Having lived in the South Bay for 30 years makes me intimately familiar with the cities I sell in.  For the past 10 years, I've resided in East Manhattan with my family of six (6) which includes multiple 4-leggeds.  In addition, I'm very active in my community via social events & philanthropy.  I was honored to be selected by MBPD to be our Crime Watch Block Captain and almost five (5) years later, I've also taken on the role of Volunteer Area Coordinator.  I have also served as an Advisory Board member for multiple local charities and participate in disaster/humanitarian relief for Team Rubicon USA.

Prior to entering into this industry, I founded a successful marketing business.  My marketing expertise, coupled with my knowledge of the market enables me to bring creative marketing practices focused on delivering high traffic/viewings for Sellers in order to yield the highest selling price.  For Buyers, presenting offers in unique ways helps my clients get noticed in this competitive market.

My love of people, my outgoing personality, my infectious energy and my passion for service has given me an advantage for developing relationships with local trustworthy professionals with Architects, Developers and other Broker/Realtors; all of which are benefits to my clients when Buying or Selling a home.
